Dean grew up in Rijeka, Croatia, and graduated from university with a law degree. However, his love of the sea was stronger and he decided to pursue a career in yachting. In his free time, Dean enjoys outdoor activities and sports such as tennis, skiing, water sports and sailing. He also has a passion for sailing regattas.

IVAN JURICA

Growing up on the small Croatian island of Lastovo, with the sea as his only horizon, greatly influenced Ivan’s choice of career.
After graduating from maritime high school, he began his nautical career in 2006, joining the Croatian Navy. During his nine-year career, Ivan has acquired invaluable knowledge in the field of marine navigation. In April 2015, he finally realized his lifelong dream of working in the yachting industry. In his spare time, Ivan enjoys fishing, and his passion for the sport has led him to take part in several Big Game competitions.

ZLATKO HOLJEVAC

Zlatko has accumulated many years of experience working on some of the most advanced vessels in the offshore industry worldwide.
He graduated in marine engineering from the University of Zadar. Having reached the pinnacle of his career in the offshore industry, he decided to move into the leisure boating sector.
With his unrestricted licenses, Zlatko is an extremely valuable member of a yacht’s crew.
His education and extensive professional experience testify to his commitment to leading a productive life, while devoting time to his family.

PAULA LEPIONKO

Paula grew up in a small town in eastern Poland.
She obtained a degree in economics, followed by a master’s in management. After completing her studies, Paula began her career as an accountant.

Paula has worked on both private and chartered vessels, often venturing off the beaten track to explore the most remote corners of the seas and oceans, including Antarctica. Its passion is to provide exceptional service and ensure that customers have an unforgettable experience during their trip.
Paula takes pride in meeting their every need. In her spare time, Paula enjoys exploring new destinations on land and underwater through diving.

MELITA DUKIC

Melita hails from Split and has already accumulated five years’ experience at sea. Passionate about hospitality, she found the role of yacht stewardess the ideal solution. Melita graduated from the Faculty of Maritime Studies in Split. Her work ethic is characterized by a positive attitude, a warm smile and a willingness to go the extra mile to ensure that customers receive exceptional service. In her free time, Melita enjoys immersing herself in nature, with activities such as long mountain hikes and yoga.

IVAN IVCEVIC

Ivan is a highly qualified chef specializing in seafood, fish, Italian, French, Mediterranean, Japanese and Middle Eastern cuisine. He has a degree in culinary arts and is well versed in the preparation of these types of cuisine.
Since 2009, Ivan has worked as a private chef and charter chef for prestigious clients cruising the Mediterranean and Adriatic Seas. Having worked in some of Croatia’s finest fish restaurants, Ivan is passionate about sourcing fresh local produce from nearby markets and creating unique menus that showcase the flavors of the region. He prides himself on offering his customers an exceptional dining experience, and keeps abreast of current culinary trends to ensure that his menus are always exciting and innovative.
